How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and typically delivered within 3–9 business days, depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

What are the available payment methods?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through our secure payment gateway. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

All products on our store are made-to-order and fulfilled by Qikink, which means once an order is placed, it is automatically sent for processing and production.

As a result, we do not allow cancellations, changes in size, design, or address updates once the order has been confirmed.

and we'll try our best to help — but changes are not guaranteed after an order is placed.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all our products are custom-made on demand by Qikink, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or personal preferences.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement at no extra cost. In such cases, please email us at throttle.labs@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with your order ID and clear photos of the issue.
